Yes — all pasta at Pasta by Val is made fresh to order, within 24 hours of your pickup or delivery. We never freeze our pasta before it reaches you, which means you’re getting peak freshness and flavor every single time.
Several of our sauces and spreads are vegetarian-friendly, including the Classic Pesto, Creamy Vodka Sauce, and Lemon Artichoke Spread. Our fresh pasta is made with eggs and semolina — if you’re looking for egg-free options, reach out directly and we’ll let you know what’s possible seasonally.
Fresh pasta is best the day of purchase, but will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days. To freeze: dust lightly with semolina, lay flat on a parchment-lined tray until firm, then transfer to an airtight bag. Cook directly from frozen — just add 1–2 extra minutes to your cook time.
Most fresh pasta varieties are available in your choice of long noodle (such as fettuccine or tagliatelle) or short noodle (such as rigatoni-style cuts). The selection can vary seasonally, and some specialty shapes are limited. Each product page shows the current available options.
