Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Drop in ravioli and cook 3–4 minutes until they float and the dough is tender. Finish in a brown butter–sage pan or spoon over a warm bisque. Serve immediately.
Best enjoyed the day of purchase. Will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days. To freeze: lay flat on a parchment-lined tray, freeze until firm, then transfer to a bag. Cook from frozen — add 2 minutes to cook time.
