Dry Pasta
Slow-Dried · Pantry-Ready · Natural Color
Vibrant ruby-red — slow-dried for a fuller bite
Dry pasta — shelf-stable and pantry-ready. Cooks in 9–11 minutes. Want pasta in minutes? Try Val’s fresh pasta.
Savor the vibrant taste and color of our slow-dried beet pasta. Each bag is hand-crafted from real beet purée and durum semolina, then dried so you can keep Val’s signature ruby-red pasta in your pantry. Perfect for 2–4 servings when you’re ready to cook — allow a little extra time compared with our fresh pasta.
Approx. 12 oz bag · Serves 2–4 · Pantry-ready, ships sealed
Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Dried pasta takes longer than Val’s fresh pasta (which cooks in 2–3 minutes). Taste a strand before draining, then toss immediately with your sauce.
Store sealed in a cool, dry pantry. Unopened bags keep well for several months. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within a few weeks for the best texture. No refrigeration required.
Beet pasta’s earthy sweetness pairs beautifully with rich, nutty, and creamy flavors. Keep the sauce simple so the color and freshness stay front and center.
Brown Butter & Sage
Nutty, aromatic butter lets the beet flavor truly shine
Goat Cheese & Walnut
Tangy creaminess against the earthy sweetness — a classic combination
Pesto
Bright green pesto over ruby-red pasta — as beautiful as it is delicious
Olive Oil & Herbs
A drizzle of good olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs — pure simplicity
Val’s beet pasta gets its stunning ruby-red color from one place only: real roasted beets folded straight into the dough. No dyes, no artificial coloring — just the genuine earthy sweetness and vivid hue that only fresh beets can deliver.
Slow-dried in small batches for your pantry, this pasta is as nutritious as it is striking. It’s the kind of dish that makes people pause before they eat — and then reach for seconds.
Fresh pasta, house sauces, filled varieties, and seasonal specials — all made by hand, every batch.
